Abteen Ebrahimi

Abteen Ebrahimi recently completed his PhD in Computer Science at the University of Colorado Boulder, where his research focused on multilingual NLP and cross-lingual transfer for data-scarce languages. He has helped organize the AmericasNLP workshops and shared tasks on NLP for Indigenous languages of the Americas since 2020, and was lead author of AmericasNLI, a benchmark covering ten Indigenous languages.
