Luis Barragan is the manager of the O'odham Piipaash Language Program in the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community's Cultural Resources Department. He served as a co-director and project director for CoLang 2024, the Institute on Collaborative Language Research held at Arizona State University and the SRPMIC.
