Melissa Floca is Director of Strategic Partnerships in the CICORE Division of the San Diego Supercomputer Center at UC San Diego, where she connects policymakers, practitioners, and researchers around problems that require cyberinfrastructure. She previously served as associate director of UC San Diego's Center for U.S.-Mexican Studies, and holds a leadership role with SDSC's NSF-funded CORE Institute.
